Neil started his brewing career after qualifying in zoology and Botany he subsequently  qualified as a Master brewer at Birmingham University . He joined Greenall Whitley, the largest Independent Brewer in the UK and eventually rose to be Head Brewer. He held this position until the group made the unwise move to exit brewing at which point he started the Coach House Brewing Co. with former colleagues. The rest as they say is history.

Niall , seen here checking the quality of our hops being brought in off the fields is responsible for the brewing in the absence of the Head Brewer. He can also be found racking (filling the casks) and delivering the beer to the cellar. He also has a role in the quality assurance of our products.
